Weekend Plans

Pretty quiet weekend planned here, Logan came home sick from school today, he has been sleeping for two hours. The weather changes and they always get sick, Harry is sick too...maybe Dad gave Logan the bug. House is clean and disinfected to keep Isaac and I healthy and we have plans for a pot of chili and to hold the couch down in our most comfy sweats to watch Texas Tech Vs. Oklahoma Saturday night. Just in case you did not see it, here are the highlights of the Red Raiders kicking the Longhorns patooty, the last seven seconds of the game were the best.

Hopefully the next game is that good - what the video doesn't show is why Tech had to kick off from the 5 yard line - their notirously well behaved and gracious fans stormed the field about 6 times before the kick-off.

Hope you all kept warm and cozy this weekend. Went to see Grandpa and they have given him a furlough for Thanksgiving day. He can come home and spend the day with us. Grandma says once he gets home, he says he is never coming back. We'll just have to see. I went to Garden Sunday and bought him some T-shirts and jogging pants for when he comes home. She says they are easier to get into than his coveralls and all his white t-shirts are so stained. Don't know what difference that makes at home but I know she doesn't want him to wear them in the hospital. He is walking across the room with help. They said on Sunday, it only took one nurse to assist him. He keeps improving. Hope everyone made it back to school and work. Love you.
